Payments
- We accept payments via ATAO DIRECT LINK , PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal) or over the telephone credit card terminal.
- All payments must be received before items are sent.
Shipping
- Our deliveries are Monday – Friday NORMALLY 2 DAYS SERVICE.
International Buyers
- We post world wide and use different courier services.
- Some of the carriers we use include FEDEX, DHL, DPD, UPS … etc.
- International buyers who need a delivery quote please provide us with your FULL ADDRESS, including POST CODE and CONTACT PHONE NUMBER.
Warranty
- All items come with manufacturer warranty, and will be disclosed on request.
- Please ensure all items supplied by us are fitted by qualified and competent installers otherwise the Supplier Warranty maybe void.
Returns Policy
- You may change your mind and cancel part or all of your order with us at any time up to 14 days.
- To do this, please contact us by email so we can make arrangements to return your item.
- All items must be in original packaging, must not have been fitted or used in any way (any evidence to the contrary may result in you not getting a refund).
- You are obliged to take reasonable care of the item whilst in your possession.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
